Architecture:  Design customized software (RightNow) for clients in diverse sectors, including government, financial services, higher education, and media. Work onsite to assess business/technical requirements and write design documents.  Coordinate the approval process with project managers.  Oversee all aspects of programming and go­live, training clients’ developers as needed.  Assign duties to teams of 2­5 developers.  Coach and mentor staff to enhance professional skills.  Guide and assist less experienced developers in completing difficult assignments. Address issues related to security, including PCI reviews.  Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Managed as many as 10 overlapping projects.
  • Frequently assigned to turn around projects that were not on goal.  Ensured coding was functional and identified ways to adapt design documents and assign staff to meet original deadlines.  Managed client relations during projects.
